The storage and transport of dangerous goods sometimes require the appointment of a safety advisor. I am available to fulfill this role for rail transport (RID). With experience dating back to 1992 in both aviation and rail sectors, combined with achievements and distinctions earned in the Middle East, particularly in the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia as a consultant, I am uniquely positioned to guide your case from start to finish with expertise and precision.

At Rail Services, we are experts in all aspects of transporting dangerous goods by rail since 2003,
and we are proud to be ISO 9001 and 45001 certified.
We also offer the services of an external Dangerous Goods Safety Adviser (DGSA) to support your business needs. Railroads play a crucial role in the transportation of large quantities of goods over long distances, necessitating a robust safety framework. This is where the RID Safety Advisor comes into play.
Safety Management Systems
An effective safety management system uses risk and quality management methods to achieve its safety objectives and is a systematic approach to managing safety, including the necessary organisational structures, accountabilities, policies and procedures. In addition, SMS also provides the organisational framework to establish and foster the development of a positive, corporate safety culture.
The implementation of an SMS gives the organisation’s management a structured set of tools to meet their responsibilities for safety as defined by their regulator.

The founder of Rail Services made history as the first independent train driver in Belgium since 2004, representing a significant advancement in the rail freight transport. This milestone contributed to the important further process of liberalizing the railway sector in Belgium.
Formation & Training
Rail Services is also a training center with a simulator and three trainers who collectively have over more than 35 years of experience each and are fully accredited for freight train drivers in Belgium and cross-border areas, operating independently of any specific railway company. We specialize in training and examinations for train drivers on the Belgian rail network,
In addition, Rail Services offers training for various activities within a rail environment, including training for Dangerous Goods RID.
Our training center is open 7/7 to the entire sector, including railway companies and businesses with related activities. As a result, we prioritize customer-focused service in all that we do.
